Smoothie & Juice Chalenge

Healthy hair starts from within!

Let's nourish our bodies and curls with one week of intentional nutrition. Last year we had a fun time with this challenge, so let's do it again! 

Smoothie/Juice challenge: 1 fresh made juice/smoothie per day for 1 week.

The purpose is to show our hair and bodies a little love by nourishing ourselves with fresh fruits and veggies. To properly enjoy the benefits, each beverage you make must include a vegetable (i.e. spinach, kale, carrots...). 

To motivate and hold each of us accountable, you must post a picture daily of the before (your fruits and veggies) and after (your juice or smoothie) to Instagram (#DrinkUpKC / @naturalsinkc), on meetup.com, or in our KC Naturals Insider Facebook group

There are no real rules, just have fun! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
